Clean and comfortable. Right in the heart of West Chester. Friendly staff and nice breakfast area with windows overlooking the street. It is an excellent of adaptive reuse of older buildings in West Chester, keeping a feeling of being in a real town.

It was clean, convenient and had everything we needed in a hotel. The staff was excellent and we plan to return often. 10 out of 10

The Hotel was alright. It was affordable as compared to the other hotels in the City.

The Wi-fi was poor and the next day I got a ticket for parking in the public garage because the receptionist told me to do so. They should tell clearly about their paking system!

The Executive king room had a comfortable bed and coffee. the complimentary breakfast was very good. - the staff were courteous. - the hotel is centrally located, close to Old Court House Wall.

My only complaint that I was unable to get ice for my room. I had to around the corner to The Iron Hill Brewery to get my ice!!

My deluxe queen room was equipped with central heating, TV and a refrigerator. The bathroom was clean, it was nice to have bathtubs. This accommodation was in the very central location in the heart of town.

Had a great time here, the hotel is super modern and fancy, and it's right in the heart of everything. the staff were so friendly and always on point. the breakfast had a bunch of tasty options to choose from - perfect way to start the day! 🌟

It was so clean and comfortable. I have some health problems and the walk-in shower was a gift. The staff was welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was beautifully orchestrated by a sweet, loving lady. We will definitely return when in the area of West Chester PA!

There was NOTHING we didn't like!

Location - amazing, short walk to West Chester right next to Gay Street which has nice bars as well as cute restaurants, bars, coffee shops, salons and boutiques. Also, in the Center of Everything. Upscale and exceptionally comfortable room with comfortable bed, and nice pool. Courteous staff and very good breakfast with good choice of options.
